LOW & HIGH INTERVAL TRAINING

Interval training has been scientifically proven to be more effective than traditional, slow distance training when the goal is to reduce body fat. Each Kore Interval workout includes a variety of high & low intensity movements involving cardio and weight training.

BECAUSE WE CARE & WANT YOU TO FEEL SAFE

In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak, the tremendous effects & potential effects it has Redkore Fitness has made the following changes to how we run our business.

  • Currently off small group classes.
  • Clean our equipment daily & after each class.
  • Require members & visitors to sign up for a class online.
  • Limited walkin’s accepted at this time.
  • Ask that everyone wash hands or utilize hand sanitizer provided before & after workouts.
  • Masks and gloves are not required during your workout.
  • Climate permitting doors are open for greater ventalation.
  • Provide workouts that allow you to maintain CDC suggested physical distance while inside and around Redkore Fitness premises.

Redkore offers online fitness & nutrition programs for those not ready to attend in person classes.

Kore R.P.M. classes are designed to take your workouts to the next level. This class is a more advanced level of resistance training, power and functional movement.

How Does It Work?

Redkore is a heart rate training facility. Training in your proper heart rate zone allows you to focus on burning more fat or build more muscle.
