Kore Interval Training

This is our Kore Class designed specifically to work within the prescribed heart-rate zones based off of each individual’s Anaerobic Threshold (AT). This class is a unique blend of fat burning and muscle toning to help you burn more calories not only during the 60 minute class but also for hours afterwards. Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level.

Kore RPM

(Resistance Power Movement)

This class is designed to focus on Core, Strength, Endurance, and Stamina. The RPM training blends a mixture of strength training and resistance workouts to build strong solid muscle. This class differs from others due to the focus on muscle building instead of pure fat burning. Try out this class immediately!

Kore Extreme

This class is designed to focus on Core, Stability, Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Balance needed in all Sports to help you perform at your peak. In this class you will burn fat as your primary energy source while challenging your body’s ability to develop and strengthen your secondary muscles.

Kore Cycle

Kore Cycle is a 45 minutes spin class designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase the tone and look of your legs and mid-section, and round out your weekly training program. You will be encouraged to test your limits. Your workouts will improve your endurance, strength and speed.
