Kore RPM

(Resistance Power Movement)

This class is designed to focus on Core, Strength, Endurance, and Stamina. The RPM training blends a mixture of strength training and resistance workouts to build strong solid muscle. This class differs from others due to the focus on muscle building instead of pure fat burning. Try out this class immediately!

Kore Interval Training

This is our Kore Class designed specifically to work within the prescribed heart-rate zones based off of each individual’s Anaerobic Threshold (AT). This class is a unique blend of fat burning and muscle toning to help you burn more calories not only during the 60 minute class but also for hours afterwards. Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level.

Kore Extreme

This class is designed to focus on Core, Stability, Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Balance needed in all Sports to help you perform at your peak. In this class you will burn fat as your primary energy source while challenging your body’s ability to develop and strengthen your secondary muscles.

Kore MeTBLAST

Our MeTBLAST Class is designed to give you maximum metabolic results in just 30 minutes! This class will be filled with cardio conditioning exercises that are proven to get your heart rate up and wake up your metabolism!

Kore Tri

This class is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance. During the Winter season most of us limit our outdoor activities, therefore it is important to continue to improve your ability to utilize your sugar reserve, so as not to store the excess sugar as fat, by working your body in the Yellow (ATP) and Red (ATP/CP) zones. We will primarily use Tread Mills, Indoor Bikes, and Rowing Machines to mimic a Triathlon activity, and also incorporate Strength and Resistance Training that focuses on the main muscle groups used during a Triathlon.

Once you understand that equation, you’re ready to set your weight-loss goals and make a plan with a Redkore certified professionals for reaching them. Remember, you don’t have to do it alone, Redkore proven science will guide you through every step of the way. Ask yourself if now is a good time and if you’re ready to make some necessary changes. Also, plan smart: Anticipate how you’ll handle situations that challenge your resolve and the inevitable minor setbacks.

Kore Barre

Barre fitness classes are simply ballet-inspired, incorporating a ballet barre and maybe some plies and pirouettes here and there into the workout. Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
