This class is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance. During the Winter season most of us limit our outdoor activities, therefore it is important to continue to improve your ability to utilize your sugar reserve, so as not to store the excess sugar as fat, by working your body in the Yellow (ATP) and Red (ATP/CP) zones. We will primarily use Tread Mills, Indoor Bikes, and Rowing Machines to mimic a Triathlon activity, and also incorporate Strength and Resistance Training that focuses on the main muscle groups used during a Triathlon.
