A 6 Week Challenge consisting of 2 weeks of a nutrition guidance and 4 weeks of exercise programming and composition. The first 2 weeks focus on nutrition: calories, food intake, macro-nutrients, common mistakes to avoid and hydration. The following 4 weeks focus on training: resistance exercises and technique, core strength, cardio and high intensity interval training. We will also cover topics like flexibility, sleep, recovery and motivation.
$29 – This will pay for your exercise program, a nutrition plan, and the possibility of winning prizes!
Weigh ins will be held on February 8th at Redkore State Bridge Location or February 9th at RedKore McGinnis Ferry Location.
Weigh-outs will be on March 25th , at both locations.
The top Woman and Man to lose the most body fat in the six weeks will split the pot of money collected from the $29 commitment. To qualify for the prize, you need to commit $29 to enter this project.
