My first 2 months at RedKore has brought some solid improvements in my overall fitness profile. As a distance runner I didn't need to increase my cardiovascular fitness, but I have! In fact, the Kore training has enhanced my ability to handle the hills measurably better than when I started. Most of the improvements have come in strength and balance because of the focus on muscles I had not stressed in a long time. The result has been a lowering of my overall weight and fat percentage and an increase in my lean muscle mass. Looking forward to continued improvements as I begin several months of long races.
Having never been a fan of traditional gym routines, RedKore has surprised me. It's a fast, fun and challenging hour of my week that I look forward to on a regular basis. Each session is different and you never know what you'll be doing on any given day. Nadeem, Jerry and Noel are great and it's clear that they truly care about their clients. I would highly recommend RedKore to anyone who is looking to change up their fitness routine and achieve results.
My name is Ana and I have been training at Redkore fitness for the past 10 weeks. These past ten weeks of training at Redkore has changed the way I used to feel about personal training. I cannot thank you enough for getting me back where I needed to be, no dizziness in the morning, no sore aching bones when I get out of bed and enough energy to go all day. I finally found a fitness program that works for me! The Redkore system helps me stay committed by registering for each class and through commitment comes results! I feel myself becoming leaner and stronger every week. I truly enjoy going to my class and leaving one hour later feeling exhilarated and accomplished! The staff somehow makes everyone feel like you are there one and only client, yet it is a group class where friends are quickly made.
44yr old male, multiple past injuries/trauma to all major joints and extremities: I will preface the following with "My results Redkore are not typical". Having said that; You will get out of the Redkore experience exactly what you are willing to put in to it. My Numbers: In 6 weeks I have lost: 17 pounds, 2 inches off of my waist, dropped from a 2XL to XL shirt, and lowered my systolic and diastolic blood pressure numbers by over 5 each and regained strength and range of motion I thought was long lost*. After gaining 20lbs in 6 months, I knew it was time to make some positive changes. After joining Redkore, I have successfully lost 10lbs in 4 weeks*. The workout is catered to my individual needs by capturing the zone ranges my workout needs in order to maximize my weight loss. This workout is the only exercise I look forward to and hate to miss!!!!!!

Exhilarating, fun and keeps me coming back! I am in the middle of my 3rd week at RedKore and love the class variety, times, workouts, facility and the instructors. They all care about your personal fitness. The workouts are challenging in a way that makes you want to come back the next time and work harder. I had not worked out for over 2 years and was hesitant at first and started slow (3x per week). Now after 3 weeks,I am working out 4x a week and my body is craving exercise on the days I don't workout I can totally see myself working out 6 or 7 days a week! Working out became fun! Great job!
